Rob, the tech that they sent out, is a true professional—checked my attic air handler, cleaned my dirty condenser, took all apart, cleaned, hosed off. Also looked at my mini split in my garage. From the first phone call to the final walkthrough I was impressed with Conway Comfort Heating and Cooling. I called on the warmest day in May and was given an appointment the next day! I was very impressed with Rob, the service technician that repaired my air conditioner. He was so thorough and was able to find the problem that caused my unit to fail. It seemed a mouse entered the outside unit and bit a wire (to his demise), and a squirrel decided to make his home inside the unit and filled it with nuts and twigs and whatever else he could find! I was given options of cost for repairs along with photos of the critter's mess. My air ducts were also checked and were really in bad shape. I will be making an appointment to get them cleaned ASAP. I joined the Comfort Club, which gives me twice-yearly checkups and a discount on today’s cost. Needless to say, I would certainly recommend Conway Comfort!

Recently I had my first A/C service with Conway Comfort Heating & Cooling. What a great experience! Technician Jorel Galvez was friendly, respectful, easy to talk to, and overall really knowledgeable about all things heating and cooling. He inspected my system very thoroughly, addressed some important issues, and pointed out some areas that I might consider improving. At the end he even did a complimentary cleaning of my outside compressor unit. I am very impressed with Jorel and Conway and look forward to continuing as a customer!

My disappointment in Princeton Air Apr 10, 2026

My disappointment in Princeton Air led me to reach out to Conway Comfort for AC service. Appointment was quick; the service was performed by Luis, who spent 2 hours thoroughly checking/testing the AC (HVAC 16 years). He walked me through all the existing issues, obviously ignored by previous services and could not have happened within a year (they were used annually for +/- 12 years). Although the age of the system is understandable, many of the issues could have been, at a minimum, delayed, e.g., replacing the battery connected to the motor; both were shot. This is my first experience with Conway; will see how I do with their Sales team.

Honest and reliable Our AC wasn’t able to handle the recent heat wave. The AC unit was still under a 10-year parts warranty. We contacted manufacturing support to ask for a certified service company, and they recommended Conway Comfort. Conway’s service technician Branden was punctual, professional, and polite. He did a very thorough evaluation and discovered an effective repair for a reasonable price. He clearly explained the system readings and concern, the recommended repair, and resulting system readings improvement. Greatly appreciate his honesty and skills. AC is now running well. The good experience with Conway was opposite compared to the first service company we brought in, who just wanted to scare us with unnecessary expensive repairs in an attempt to steer us into getting an expensive new system, along with many expensive maintenance programs and options. Happy to say Conway is our new go-to for all AC needs.

Excellent service today on our 22-year-old Trane AC system that was pushing out 70° air from the vents and high humidity levels in the house. Our service tech Jesse addressed each of our concerns and did a thorough inspection. He came back with solutions for each issue, gave us a quote (very reasonable pricing), and then did a thorough cleaning and tuning of our system. Topped off the refrigerant, etc. Now we are sitting nice and comfortable in this oppressive summer heat wave. 58° out of the vents! We also joined their Comfort Club maintenance program, which includes some great perks such as two system cleanings per year (one heating, one cooling), priority scheduling, etc. Very reasonable price as well. Much less than the maintenance program with our previous HVAC servicing company. If you're looking for a great HVAC company for your system, definitely try these guys out!

Conway was very communicative and friendly in their service. They gave me the earliest possible time to look at my home’s air conditioning and made constant contact before the service appointment. During the service appointment, our service technician Jesse was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to try everything to turn on our AC. Eventually, he found out that the fan motor needs to be replaced. Conway will be following up with us with estimates, and we will go from there.
