I called Conway Comfort Heating and Cooling when my furnace stopped working and was amazed at how quickly they responded. They scheduled a visit the same day, arrived on time and explained the issue in simple terms. The technician performed the repair efficiently and left everything clean. Their communication was clear from start to finish and they were very responsive to my questions. I highly recommend this company for anyone who values fast, reliable service…ok that’s the AI-driven response. To be precise, upstairs unit crapped out last night. Called Cassidy around 11am today. JT was there within four hours and spent the next three servicing both furnaces, replacing much needed parts (15 years with maintenance twice a decade? I didn’t get the memo about annual service.) I have nothing but kudos to entire staff at Conway

Conwway Comfort is just the BEST when it comes to HVAC services. Trust me. I’ve lived in the same house over 40 years and had hvac services twice a year so I have some sense re hvac services. TJ, the service tech was GREAT. He took the time to do a thorough service and provided explanations as he proceeded. For the first time ever the areas of the furnace were examined and tested. Such a thorough process and pleasant interaction. I’ll definitely ask to have TJ do the spring service.

Also, kudos to the very pleasant office staff. Conway Comfort is local. It’s not owned by private equity and that makes a positive difference.

We had our Heater serviced by the technician Rob Bovilla. Also had him 2yrs ago for our AC. He was very helpful, kind, respectful, knowledgeable, professional informative, swift and accurate. He knew his skill and brought to my attention each itemized issue of what needed to be corrected & why. He even took pictures of the problem showed it me & saved for our files. I just had Conway comfort in today to tune up my heating system and Lewis, the technician was great. He explained everything in detail and even did some things that other people could not do. I already signed up to have them come again in the summer to take care of my air conditioning.

We have used Conway for a few years now as members of their “Comfort Club.” Experiences with both AC and heater tuneups have always been excellent, with the technicians performing a thorough check and offering suggestions for upgrades (not pushy), recommendations for routine maintenance, and flagging items needing replacement each season. Today’s experience with Luis for our seasonal heater tuneup was no exception; he arrived on time, worked quickly and cleanly, and made several recommendations, some of which we decided to take right away as preventative maintenance and others we will think about for the future.
