Heating and Cooling in Hamilton Township, NJ

We are newer customers, referred by a good friend in 2024. We have had to replace our boiler during a brutally cold January(2025). This year(2026), our blower stopped working during a deep freeze, only days before the January snowstorm.
Throughout both services~ Cassidy was amazing in communicating with us, providing status updates, and reassuring us that we'd have heat restored before the storm. We were beyond grateful as Cassidy worked hard to expedite the part, saving us from frozen pipes, while also showing compassion about having no heat and assuaging our fears. Jorel arrived to our house on time and was able to quickly and thoroughly complete repair~ while also explaining how the part works. He was able to save us a great deal of money on the repair, while also revealing his level of expertise. Jorel was very honest in his assessment of our system and explaining that we will need more replacements in the very near future, giving us to time save.
I know we will entrust Conway with our future services. It is a good feeling to know that our heating and cooling systems are in experienced hands. Thanks to both Cassidy and Jorel, as well as everyone who worked to get our system back on before possible catastrophe!

Anthony was our repairman. He came on time. He immediately diagnosed the problem and patiently explained the issue as well as our options. He was patient while we decided what we wanted to do. Once we decided to move forward, he was able to fix the problem in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Anthony and Conway Comfort to anyone.

On another occasion, I needed service because my unit was down so Cassidy sent Luis out first thing and repaired the unit in a timely manner. Great customer service!

Conway was very responsive to my request. Same day. Not sure if that is normal but I will take. Louis was super nice and professional. Walked me through all he found and his recommendations. I felt pricing was very fair and completed all work same day. I would highly recommend Conway if you need HVAC support.

I was really impressed with how quickly Conway Comfort Heating & Cooling responded when my furnace stopped working. They called back within minutes, scheduled an appointment the same day, and arrived on time. The technician, Ron, was friendly, diagnosed the issue fast, and completed the furnace repair efficiently. Had another amazing experience with Luis (highly recommend if you can request certain technicians) who replaced our filter and adjusted our gas/fan settings to reduce the amount of energy we were using. Super friendly and talked to me about future potential work without coming across like a salesman which I always appreciate. Truly never had a bad experience with them!

My A/C unit died right at the beginning of a heat wave. I had a set of requirements to obtain the Utility and Federal rebates. I had called several companies for quotes some of which were very high with lower quality equipment. I called Conway Comfort because they were an authorized American Standard vendor. American Standard was recommended by Consumer Reports, and I set up an appointment. I met with Joe Montalvo. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I gave him my requirements, and he put together a quote with several options. The offers were reasonable based on the equipment, performance and energy savings. Another company could not match the warranty or guaranty of Conway. I made my choice to go with Conway Comfort. Joe put together the proposal and next steps. I needed to get an electrician and have some wiring done for the new air handler and condenser. Joe called me and said he had an idea and recommended another American Standard unit that was just as energy efficient, met the requirements for the rebates. It was a 3-ton unit instead of a 2-ton unit and was less expensive. Which was amazing. I agreed and the air conditioner was installed. The Installers were efficient, friendly and tidy. In several hours, I was sitting in a cool house. The unit was quiet and powerful. That evening, the A/C unit stopped. I called Conway Comfort and their phone representative took my issue and my information, and they had a technician there the next morning. The Technician found that there is a safety sensor that detects water in the overflow basin. The issue was rectified and I was pleased to know the safety sensor worked as it was supposed to. Conway Comfort set up an easy 0 interest payment plan and the warranty and guaranty is awesome. I am extremely glad about my choice of Conway Comfort, and I am recommending them to all my friends and family.
